Steven is heading to Brazil for two years as a missionary for our church so we are exploring the culinary options he will have. We had a delicious meal of Moqueca de Camaroes (Shrimp Stew), Pao de Queijo (Cheese Bread) and Maracuja Mousse (Passion Fruit Mousse). It was all delicious and fairly simple to put together. The only ingredients that were unusual are the passion fruit and tapioca flour. We found both at Lee Lee's Asian and International market in Glendale, AZ. The passion fruit came frozen whole or in pulp. I used a combination of both. You can find the recipes under Main Dishes, Bread and Dessert, respectively. Enjoy!

So, here is my first blog. I don't think it really counts, but I had to have somewhere to share my digital scrapbooks, so here it is. In April 2006, my neighbor, Kim, her aunt, Annie, and I hiked to Havasupai, an Indian village in the western part of the Grand Canyon. It is famous for its amazing blue waters and incredible waterfalls.
